Gizlilik Politikası
Bu Gizlilik Politikası, Google Play'de CEY Studio tarafından yayımlanan Fasting Tracker mobil uygulaması için geçerlidir. Uygulama içinde FastTrack adı kullanılır. Android paket kimliği com.dehbkoclugu.fasttrack'tir. Uygulamanın geliştiricisi ve veri sorumlusu CEY Studio'dur.
Fasting Tracker; aralıklı oruç, su tüketimi, kilo, öğün, aktivite ve genel iyi yaşam rutinlerini takip etmeye yardımcı olur. Bu politika uygulamanın verilere nasıl eriştiğini, verileri nasıl kullandığını, paylaştığını, koruduğunu, ne kadar süre sakladığını ve nasıl silebileceğinizi açıklar.
Hesap ve temel veri işleme modeli
Uygulama zorunlu bir kullanıcı hesabı oluşturmaz. Oruç, su, kilo, öğün, hedef, profil ve tercih kayıtlarının temel kopyası cihazınızdaki yerel uygulama depolamasında tutulur. CEY Studio bu temel takip kayıtlarını kendi sunucusuna yüklemez veya kendi sunucusunda saklamaz.
İşlenen bilgiler
- Yerel takip ve profil verileri: İsteğe bağlı ad, boy, kilo ve beden ölçüleri; oruç oturumları, su ve öğün kayıtları, hedefler, aktivite bilgileri, ilerleme ve seri verileri, bildirim ayarları, dil, tema ve diğer uygulama tercihleri.
- Satın alma verileri: Satın alınan ürün, abonelik ve Premium hak durumu, mağaza işlem bilgileri ve RevenueCat tarafından oluşturulabilen anonim uygulama kullanıcı kimliği. CEY Studio ödeme kartı bilgilerinizi almaz veya saklamaz.
- Reklam ve teknik veriler: Onay tercihi, reklam kimliği veya diğer cihaz tanımlayıcıları, IP adresinden türetilebilen yaklaşık konum, cihaz ve uygulama bilgileri, reklam etkileşimleri, çökme ve teşhis verileri; yalnızca geçerli izniniz, bölgesel kurallar ve cihaz ayarlarınız kapsamında Google Mobile Ads ve ilgili onay araçları tarafından işlenebilir.
- Destek verileri: Bize e-posta gönderirseniz e-posta adresiniz, mesajınız ve gönüllü olarak eklediğiniz teknik bilgiler.
Bilgileri neden kullanıyoruz
Veriler; uygulama özelliklerini sunmak, kişisel ilerlemeyi ve istatistikleri göstermek, zamanlayıcı ve bildirimleri çalıştırmak, Premium satın alımları doğrulamak ve geri yüklemek, reklam/onay tercihlerini uygulamak, güvenilirlik ve güvenliği artırmak ve destek taleplerini yanıtlamak için işlenir.
Paylaşım ve hizmet sağlayıcılar
CEY Studio kişisel verilerinizi satmaz. Özelliklerin çalışması için gerekli sınırlı veriler şu hizmetlerle işlenebilir:
- Google Play ve Apple App Store: Ödeme, abonelik, iade ve mağaza hesabı işlemleri.
- RevenueCat: Satın alma doğrulaması, abonelik durumu ve Premium hak yönetimi.
- Google Mobile Ads ve User Messaging Platform: Reklam sunumu, ölçümü, sahtekârlığın önlenmesi ve reklam/onay tercihlerinin uygulanması.
Bu sağlayıcılar verileri kendi gizlilik politikaları ve yasal yükümlülükleri kapsamında işleyebilir. Ayrıntılar için Google Gizlilik Politikası, RevenueCat Gizlilik Politikası ve Apple Gizlilik Politikası'na bakabilirsiniz.
Veri saklama süreleri
- Yerel uygulama verileri: Siz ilgili kaydı silene, uygulama verilerini temizleyene veya uygulamayı kaldırana kadar cihazınızda saklanır. İşletim sistemi yedeklemesi açıksa yedek kopyaların saklanması ve silinmesi Apple, Google ve cihaz yedekleme ayarlarınız tarafından yönetilir.
- Satın alma ve Premium verileri: Uygulama satın alma veya abonelik hakkını doğrulamak için gerekli durumu abonelik ya da ömür boyu hak geçerli olduğu sürece kullanır. Google Play, Apple ve RevenueCat işlem, vergi, muhasebe, sahtekârlık önleme veya yasal yükümlülükler için gerekli kayıtları kendi saklama politikalarına göre daha uzun süre tutabilir. CEY Studio bağımsız bir ödeme kartı veya mağaza işlem veritabanı tutmaz.
- Reklam, onay ve teşhis verileri: CEY Studio bu verilerin ham bir kopyasını kendi sunucusunda tutmaz. Google tarafından işlenen verilerin saklanması Google'ın politikalarına ve sizin reklam/gizlilik ayarlarınıza tabidir.
- Destek yazışmaları: Son iletişimden sonra en fazla 24 ay saklanır; talebiniz daha önce sonuçlanır ve yasal bir saklama gereği yoksa daha erken silinebilir.
- Yasal ve güvenlik kayıtları: Bir uyuşmazlık, sahtekârlık önleme, muhasebe veya yasal yükümlülük nedeniyle gerekli sınırlı kayıtlar, yalnızca geçerli yükümlülüğün gerektirdiği süre boyunca saklanır ve ardından silinir veya anonimleştirilir.
Seçimleriniz ve veri silme
Reklam gizlilik tercihlerini uygulamadaki gizlilik seçeneklerinden veya cihaz ayarlarından değiştirebilirsiniz. Yerel kayıtları uygulamadaki ilgili silme kontrolleriyle, Android'de uygulama depolamasını temizleyerek veya uygulamayı kaldırarak silebilirsiniz. Uygulama hesap oluşturmadığı için silinecek bir Fasting Tracker hesabı yoktur.
CEY Studio ile ilişkilendirilebilen destek yazışmalarının veya üçüncü taraf hizmet kayıtlarının silinmesini talep etmek için dehbkoclugu@gmail.com adresine yazın. Kimlik doğrulama için yalnızca gerekli bilgiler istenir ve uygulanabilir talepler 30 gün içinde sonuçlandırılır. Ayrıntılı adımlar için veri silme sayfasına bakın.
Veri güvenliği
Yerel veriler işletim sisteminin uygulama korumalı alanında tutulur. Üçüncü taraf hizmetlerle veri aktarımı şifreli HTTPS/TLS bağlantıları üzerinden yapılır. Hiçbir yöntem mutlak güvenlik sağlayamaz; ancak verinin niteliğine uygun makul teknik ve idari önlemler uygulanır.
Çocuklar
Fasting Tracker çocuklara yönelik değildir ve geçerli mağaza yaş sınırlarının altındaki çocuklardan bilerek kişisel bilgi toplamaz.
Sağlık uyarısı
Fasting Tracker tıbbi tavsiye, teşhis veya tedavi sunmaz. Sağlıkla ilgili kararlar için nitelikli bir sağlık uzmanına danışın.
Uluslararası işleme
Google, Apple veya RevenueCat gibi hizmet sağlayıcılar verileri bulunduğunuz ülke dışında işleyebilir. Bu işlemler sağlayıcının gizlilik politikası ve geçerli veri koruma yükümlülükleri kapsamında yapılır.
Değişiklikler
Uygulama veya veri uygulamalarımız önemli ölçüde değişirse bu politika güncellenir ve yukarıdaki “Son güncelleme” tarihi yenilenir.

Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy applies to the Fasting Tracker mobile application published on Google Play by CEY Studio. The in-app name is FastTrack. Its Android package identifier is com.dehbkoclugu.fasttrack. CEY Studio is the app developer and data controller.
Fasting Tracker helps users track intermittent fasting, water intake, weight, meals, activity, and general wellness routines. This policy explains how the app accesses, uses, shares, secures, retains, and deletes data.
Account and core data model
The app does not require or create a user account. The primary copy of fasting, water, weight, meal, goal, profile, and preference records remains in local app storage on your device. CEY Studio does not upload these core tracking records to, or retain them on, its own servers.
Information handled
- Local tracking and profile data: Optional name, height, weight, and body measurements; fasting sessions, water and meal logs, goals, activity information, progress and streak data, notification settings, language, theme, and other app preferences.
- Purchase data: Purchased product, subscription and Premium entitlement status, store transaction information, and an anonymous app user identifier that RevenueCat may generate. CEY Studio does not receive or retain payment card details.
- Advertising and technical data: Consent choice, advertising or other device identifiers, approximate location inferred from IP address, device and app information, ad interactions, crash data, and diagnostics may be processed by Google Mobile Ads and related consent tools, subject to your valid consent, regional rules, and device settings.
- Support data: If you email us, your email address, message, and any technical information you voluntarily provide.
Why information is used
Data is used to provide app features, display personal progress and statistics, run timers and notifications, validate and restore Premium purchases, honor advertising and consent choices, improve reliability and security, and answer support requests.
Sharing and service providers
CEY Studio does not sell your personal data. Limited data may be processed by the following services when necessary to provide a feature:
- Google Play and Apple App Store: Payments, subscriptions, refunds, and store-account transactions.
- RevenueCat: Purchase validation, subscription status, and Premium entitlement management.
- Google Mobile Ads and User Messaging Platform: Ad delivery, measurement, fraud prevention, and advertising or consent choices.
These providers may process data under their own privacy policies and legal obligations. See the Google Privacy Policy, RevenueCat Privacy Policy, and Apple Privacy Policy.
Data retention
- Local app data: Retained on your device until you delete the relevant record, clear the app's storage, or uninstall the app. If operating-system backup is enabled, retention and deletion of backup copies are controlled by Apple, Google, and your device backup settings.
- Purchase and Premium data: The app uses the status needed to validate a purchase or entitlement for as long as the subscription or lifetime entitlement remains applicable. Google Play, Apple, and RevenueCat may retain transaction, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, or legally required records longer under their own retention policies. CEY Studio does not maintain a separate payment-card or store-transaction database.
- Advertising, consent, and diagnostic data: CEY Studio does not retain a raw copy of this data on its own servers. Data processed by Google is retained under Google's policies and your advertising or privacy settings.
- Support correspondence: Retained for no longer than 24 months after the last communication and may be deleted sooner after the request is resolved unless a legal retention requirement applies.
- Legal and security records: Limited records necessary for a dispute, fraud prevention, accounting, or a legal obligation are retained only for the period required by the applicable obligation, then deleted or anonymized.
Your choices and deletion
You may change advertising privacy choices through the in-app privacy options or device settings. Delete local records through the relevant in-app controls, by clearing the app's storage on Android, or by uninstalling the app. Because the app does not create an account, there is no Fasting Tracker account to delete.
To request deletion of support correspondence or third-party service records that can be associated with you by CEY Studio, email dehbkoclugu@gmail.com. We request only information necessary to verify the request and complete applicable requests within 30 days. See the data deletion page for detailed steps.
Data security
Local data is kept within the operating system's app sandbox. Transfers to third-party services use encrypted HTTPS/TLS connections. No method is completely secure, but reasonable technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the data are used.
Children
Fasting Tracker is not directed to children and does not knowingly collect personal information from children below applicable store age limits.
Health notice
Fasting Tracker does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Consult a qualified healthcare professional for health decisions.
International processing
Service providers such as Google, Apple, or RevenueCat may process data outside your country under their privacy policies and applicable data-protection obligations.
Changes
If the app or our data practices change materially, this policy will be updated and the “Last updated” date above will be revised.
